VanoVerse Creations, LLC (d/b/a VanoVerse AI)

Master Privacy Policy, Terms of Use & Events / Summits / VIP Terms

Last Updated: September 7, 2026

Note before you read this: This document was drafted based on the current, published VanoVerse Creations Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, plus specific instructions for the events/summits/VIP addendum. It is not legal advice. Two sections below (Raffles/Giveaways and SMS/Text Consent) involve state and federal rules that carry real compliance risk if worded incorrectly — those are flagged clearly, and a licensed attorney should review this document, and those two sections in particular, before it is relied upon.

A. How This Document Works

This page is the single hub for VanoVerse Creations, LLC d/b/a VanoVerse AI ("VanoVerse," "we," "us," "our") privacy and legal terms across all of our websites, communities, courses, memberships, workshops, consulting services, digital products, and AI tools — including one-time events such as summits and webinars like the AI Midlife Rising Summit.

It has three parts:

  1. Part B — Privacy Policy. Our full Privacy Policy, restated here in complete form.
  2. Part C — Terms of Use. Our full Terms of Use, incorporated here by reference (consistent with Section 2 of our Terms, "Other Policies Incorporated by Reference," which already anticipates additional posted policies like this one).
  3. Part D — Events, Summits, Webinars & VIP/Bonus Upgrade Terms. A general set of terms that applies to any current or future free or paid event we run (summits, webinars, challenges, workshops, live trainings) and to any VIP tier, upgrade, or bonus offer attached to those events — regardless of price point, since pricing and bonuses will vary event to event.

If there is ever a direct conflict between the general Terms of Use (Part C) and the Events/VIP Terms (Part D) on an event-specific matter — such as refund treatment for an event ticket or VIP upgrade — Part D controls for that matter, because it is the more specific policy. On everything else, the general Privacy Policy and Terms of Use continue to apply exactly as written.

This document is designed to be linked from: our main Privacy Policy page, our main Terms of Use page, and any registration, checkout, or confirmation page for a VanoVerse event (including the AI Midlife Rising Summit funnel).

B. Privacy Policy

Restated in full from our Privacy Policy as currently published at vanoversecreations.com/privacy-policy, last updated July 2, 2025. If the two ever differ due to a future edit, the version posted at that URL is the controlling version until this page is updated to match.

Introduction

VanoVerse Creations is committed to protecting the privacy of our website visitors and registered users. This policy covers how we collect, use, maintain, protect, and disclose information, and applies to vanoversecreations.com and our related communications — not to offline data collection or third-party sites we don't control. By accessing our site, you agree to this policy; continued use after changes are posted means you accept those changes.

Information We Collect About You

Personal Information: name, postal address, email address, telephone number (when voluntarily provided), and other contact identifiers.

How we collect it: directly from you, automatically as you navigate the site (IP address, cookies, web beacons), and from third-party business partners.

Information you provide to us: form submissions, registration details, correspondence, survey responses, transaction/financial information, and search queries. If you post content publicly ("User Contributions"), you do so at your own risk — we cannot guarantee it won't be viewed by people you didn't intend.

Types of personal information we collect:

  • Personal details: first/last name, email, phone, business name
  • Location information: website URL, address, state/province, zip/postal code, city
  • Technical data: IP address, login data, browser details, time zone settings

Automatic Data Collection

We collect non-personally-identifying information automatically to improve your experience and measure site activity — visit details, traffic data, general location, resource access, connection information, IP address, operating system, and browser type. We use this for fraud prevention, server diagnostics, demographic analysis, and improving our offerings. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Cookies: small files placed on your device. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, but you may lose access to parts of the site if you do.

Flash cookies: locally stored objects that manage preferences and aren't controlled by standard browser cookie settings.

Web beacons: small electronic files in emails and on pages that help us count visitors, track email opens, and measure content popularity.

We don't automatically collect personal information through these technologies, but we may tie automatically collected data to personal information from other sources. Third parties (advertisers, ad networks, content and application providers) may also use cookies and similar technologies on our site for their own interest-based advertising and content purposes.

Service Providers & Payments

Third-party companies perform services for us and may access personal information only as needed for those services — they're obligated not to misuse or disclose it.

Current named service providers: ClickFunnels, Squarespace.
Current payment processor: Stripe. We do not store your card details ourselves; payment information goes directly to our processor, which follows PCI-DSS standards.

(Note: our AI Midlife Rising Summit and related events also use GoHighLevel/GrowthHub365 for registration, email, and workflow automation. Formally adding GoHighLevel — and any future tools like Zoom or Skool — to this list is a small factual update to make to the Privacy Policy separately; it isn't part of the events addendum in Part D.)

How We Use Your Information

To present our website and confirm your compliance with our Terms of Use; to provide the information, products, or services you request and contact you about them; and to send you communications about goods or services that may interest you, and account or subscription notices (including expiration/renewal information).

Data Retention & Transfer

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Your information may be transferred to, and processed in, the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your own country; by using our services, users outside the U.S. consent to that transfer.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose aggregated, non-identifying information freely. We may disclose personal information to our subsidiaries/affiliates, to contractors and service providers who work on our behalf, to a successor entity in a merger or sale, to third parties for marketing purposes (unless you've opted out), to fulfill the purpose for which you provided it, for any other purpose disclosed to you, or with your consent.

Your Choices & Rights

You can set your browser to refuse some or all cookies, or to alert you when cookies are sent (this may limit site functionality). You can manage Flash cookie settings through Adobe's website. To request corrections or deletion of your personal information, email [email protected] — we may decline requests that would violate a law or legal requirement or create inaccurate records.

Children Under 18

Our website is not intended for children under 18, and no one under 18 may provide information to us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If a parent believes their child has provided us information, please email [email protected].

Data Security

We maintain reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect your information, and encrypt payment transactions via SSL. You're responsible for keeping your own password confidential. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to our site.

C. Terms of Use

Our complete Terms of Use are incorporated into this document by reference and remain posted in full at vanoversecreations.com/termsofuse (last updated July 8, 2026). That document governs all VanoVerse websites, online communities, courses, memberships, workshops, consulting services, digital products, and AI tools, delivered through platforms including Squarespace, Skool, and GoHighLevel.

For your convenience, here is what our Terms of Use cover — the full legal text for each of these topics lives at the link above:

Services covered; other policies incorporated by reference; eligibility; family/parenting/education/neurodiversity content; changes to the Terms; changes to the Services (including that we don't guarantee any Service remains available indefinitely); accounts and security; intellectual property ownership; protected frameworks, methods, and business assets; limited license to use our materials; restrictions on AI training/scraping/model development; trademarks and brand use; AI services and AI-generated content; AI inputs, outputs, and user responsibility; responsible AI use; AI avatars, digital twins, voice, likeness, and synthetic media; educational/consulting/informational disclaimer; no emergency or high-risk use; no guarantee of results; purchases, orders, and payment; subscriptions and auto-renewals; refunds and cancellations; failed payments, chargebacks, and collections; enterprise/team/organizational use; public-sector, nonprofit, education, and regulated organizations; client deliverables and consulting work; confidentiality; user content; feedback and ideas; community standards; acceptable use; third-party platforms, tools, and links; privacy and data; recordings, events, and media; testimonials and public comments; client names and case studies; affiliate links; accessibility; copyright notices; security; beta services; international use and export controls; electronic communications and signatures; disclaimers; limitation of liability; indemnification; equitable relief; termination; governing law (Commonwealth of Virginia); informal dispute resolution; class action waiver; jury trial waiver; force majeure; no waiver; severability; assignment; relationship of the parties; entire agreement; contact information; and final acknowledgment.

Two provisions worth calling out here specifically, because Part D below builds directly on them:

  • Our Terms already say refunds are "governed by the specific Refund and Cancellation Policy posted for the applicable product" — Part D below is that specific policy for events, summits, webinars, and VIP/bonus upgrades.
  • Our Terms already say "Nothing in these Terms guarantees that any Service will remain available indefinitely" — the Lifetime Access section in Part D below applies that same principle specifically to event recordings and VIP content.

D. Events, Summits, Webinars & VIP/Bonus Upgrade Terms

This Part D applies to every current and future VanoVerse Creations / VanoVerse AI event — including summits, webinars, challenges, live trainings, and workshops, whether free or paid — and to any VIP tier, upgrade, bonus, add-on, or premium offer attached to such an event ("Event" and "VIP Upgrade," respectively). It applies to the AI Midlife Rising Summit and to any similar event run in the future, even where the specific price, bonuses, or VIP inclusions differ.

1. Registration and Access Tiers

Events may offer a free registration tier and one or more paid VIP or upgrade tiers. The specific price, included bonuses, and access details for each tier will be stated on that Event's own registration or upgrade page at the time of purchase. Where anything on this page and an individual Event's sales page conflict on price or what's included, the Event's own sales page controls for that Event.

2. VIP and Bonus Upgrade Charges Are Non-Refundable

All VIP upgrade, bonus, and add-on charges are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of whether you attend the live Event, watch any replay, or access any bonus material — except where a refund is required by law. This applies to one-time charges (such as a $27 VIP upgrade) and to any future VIP or bonus pricing for other events, regardless of amount. If an exception is made for a specific Event, that exception will be stated in writing on that Event's own page and does not change this default policy for any other Event.

Free registration, where offered, has no charge and therefore nothing to refund.

3. Lifetime Access

Where VIP content, recordings, or bonus materials are described as available for "lifetime access," that means: access for as long as the underlying tool, platform, or hosting service used to deliver that content remains available and supported — not a literal, permanent, or perpetual guarantee. "Lifetime" refers to the reasonably expected useful life of the delivery platform, not to your lifetime or ours.

At the time something is described as "lifetime access," we expect the platform or tool hosting that content (for example, our community or course-hosting platform) to remain available for at least one (1) year from the date access is granted. Beyond that, we intend to keep it available for as long as practical, but we cannot promise indefinite availability, because platforms, vendors, and hosting tools can change, be discontinued, or be replaced for reasons outside our control. If we discontinue or migrate the tool or platform hosting your content, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice and, where practical, an opportunity to save or transfer your materials before access ends.

This section works alongside — and does not override — Section 6 of our Terms of Use ("Changes to the Services"), which already reserves our right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service.

4. Event Changes, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

We reserve the right to reschedule, modify the format of, or in rare cases cancel an Event for reasons including but not limited to low registration, technical failure, speaker unavailability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we cancel an Event entirely (rather than reschedule it), registered VIP purchasers will be offered either a credit toward a future VanoVerse event or, at our discretion, a refund of the VIP/upgrade charge for that specific cancelled Event. Rescheduling an Event to a new date/time does not, by itself, entitle a purchaser to a refund.

5. Speakers and Program Changes

Speaker lineups, session topics, and the program schedule are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registrants of material changes, but a change in speaker or session does not entitle a purchaser to a refund of any VIP or bonus charge.

6. Delivery Platforms and Third-Party Tools

Events are delivered using third-party tools that may include video conferencing platforms (such as Zoom), community platforms (such as Skool), and marketing/automation platforms (such as GoHighLevel). We are not responsible for outages, bugs, or service interruptions caused by these third-party tools, consistent with Section 32 ("Third-Party Platforms, Tools, and Links") of our Terms of Use. If a third-party tool failure prevents access to a live Event paid for, contact us at [email protected] and we'll work in good faith on a reasonable remedy (such as replay access or a credit) — this is a good-faith commitment, not a guaranteed refund right.

7. Recordings, Your Likeness, and Participation

By attending a live Event (video, audio, or chat), you acknowledge that your name, voice, image, likeness, comments, and chat messages may appear in any recording made of that Event, consistent with Section 34 ("Recordings, Events, and Media") of our Terms of Use. You may not record or redistribute an Event without our permission.

8. VIP Community and Bonus Resource Access

Where VIP resources, bonus trainings, or ongoing support are hosted inside a community platform (such as our Skool community), your access to and use of that community is also governed by that community's own posted guidelines, in addition to this document.

9. Raffles, Drawings, and Giveaways ⚠ Attorney Review Recommended

If an Event includes a raffle, drawing, sweepstakes, or giveaway open to VIP purchasers or attendees, official rules for that specific promotion (eligibility, how to enter, odds, prize description and value, and — where required by law — a no-purchase-necessary alternate entry method) will be posted separately for that promotion. Because sweepstakes and raffle law varies by state and can require specific disclosures (including a free alternative method of entry when any purchase is involved), specific raffle rules have not been drafted here, and an attorney should draft or review the official rules for any raffle before it runs, particularly one tied to a paid VIP tier.

10. Text Message (SMS) Communications ⚠ Attorney Review Recommended

If a phone number is voluntarily provided during registration, we may use it to send Event-related updates by text message, where consent has been given to receive them. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency may vary, and recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP (or by another method provided). Because SMS marketing and transactional messaging are regulated under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and require specific consent language and opt-in mechanics, attorney review of the exact consent checkbox/disclosure language is recommended before phone number collection is turned on for any Event, including the AI Midlife Rising Summit.

11. Email Communications

By registering for an Event, you agree to receive Event-related emails (confirmations, reminders, access details, and related offers), consistent with our general Terms and Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails; transactional/logistical emails necessary to deliver an Event you registered for may continue regardless of marketing preferences.

12. How This Applies to Future Events

This Part D is designed to be reusable: when a new summit, webinar, or workshop launches with different pricing, different VIP inclusions, or different bonuses, that Event's own sales/registration page will state its specific price and inclusions, and this Part D's general rules (non-refundable VIP charges, the lifetime-access definition, cancellation/rescheduling terms, and so on) apply automatically without needing to be rewritten each time.
